Great city centre hotel. We were lucky enough to stay in a recently refurbished room on the 5th floor, which was lovely. Very roomy with two social chairs to sit at, lots of plugs, and charging points next to the bed and great lighting options in the room. Fantastic Air con worked with the unusual option to open a window if preferred. Really nicely furnished bathroom, heated towel rail, great shower over bath. Mattresses were comfy and bedding so crisp. Room included large TV, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and board, hair dryer, safe, luggage stand, hanging rail and the bathroom was fully furbished with lots of handwash, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo and condirioner. Reception Staff were very friendly and the public areas and lift were very clean. There was breakfast served but sadly we didn't partake so cant comment on this option. Would definitely stay again, especially if we had the same room or one on the upper floors! 😊

Despite the mixed reviews about this hotel wasn't sure what to expect, it wasn't cold and pleased windows could be opened. I had room 602 and this room had been refurbished and i was super pleased with the room size and modern bathroom as well good shelving, plenty power points, good tea tray, as well desk and sofa/chair. I'm not sure if i had been upgraded as felt like a large deluxe than a standard room. Room was ready early and receptionist checked and i was happy to wait. Breakfast was free and this was help yourself, continental and cooked buffet, plenty of choice and nice space for breakfast. Great price for 1 night, i definitely would stay again and be part of my search when i visit Nottingham.

Started with a slight negative but overall quite impressed, fantastic location. The first 'upgraded' room had an off drain smell in the bathroom we asked to be moved which was handled very well but we had to ask for a refund of the room upgrade fee when we left. We thought it was excellent value especially with the included breakfast in nice light conservatory dining area, the staff were really nice and we thought seemed genuinely keen to help with any issues especially the receptionist who helped us move room. We liked being on the 4th floor as there was less road noise, we had a great view! The hotel is being upgraded and rebranded later in 2025.

Stay was great, we were only in the city for 1 night for a show. Central to city centre & used Q car park, which was fab. Check in was friendly & prompt. Room was bigger than expected. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, had great sleep & room temperature was comfortable. Glad windows opened, so could let in fresh air. There was building work we were not aware of, which although did not start until 9am did take the edge of our lay in. Tea & coffee facilities with Yorkshire tea & plenty of milks. Normally hotels use awful tea & you never get enough milks. I would recommend & I’d stay here again.

Was given a free upgrade to a suite. Which was a nice treat after my birthday. The room was large, the walk in shower was fantastic. Tea, coffee facilities in the room, with cookies and an espresso machine. Robes and slippers provided. We were there for the dot to dot festival/ birthday treat and was a couple minutes walk from the venues. Price was very reasonable for a bank holiday weekend. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. The bed was so comfortable I wish I knew what brand the mattress was, as it was the best nights sleep in a while.
